Brine filtration

TECN.A. designs and assembles microfiltration systems for the purification of brine, which, by separating colloids, bacteria, spores, and fat, provide its clarification and microbic stabilization, thus reducing the risk of contamination in the process of salting the cheese, and extending the brine life.

These microfiltration systems are extremely simple to use, they are automated and have low running costs without having to resort to filtration adjuvants and centrifuges.
