CONTINUOUS REGENERATION OF THE SPENT SOLUTION

The spent solution is continuously sent to the ultrafiltration work tank, where the photoresist is separated until the maximum acceptable concentration is reached.

RECYCLING THE PERMEATE

The clean solution, on the other hand, permeates through the membranes and is sent back to the machine, subject to repetition. Tecn.A. has developed this process since 1991, reaching a high level of perfection and standardization in production, with fully automatic systems, using direct-import tubular membranes.
